Orankesee-Terrassen

Great restaurant in the middle of nature. We picked this place because we wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of a city. This restaurant is right next to Orankesee lake. It is a very calming experience to eat outside with a view of the lake. We ordered chicken schnitzel and halloumi starter. Everything was delicious.

Me and my entire family celebrated a birthday Party there. Everything was high class top level. The food was delicious, drinks, wine, cocktails were great. Small ouzo every now and then made it special. Service and waiter was very helpful and was great, he paid attention to every detail. We enjoyed our evening very much. The atmosphere and location by the lake is amazing. Highly recommended. 🔥👍

Food is mediocre, but lovely ambiance overlooking the river! Good place to spend a Sunday evening if you're not too picky about the food.

Food is pricy for what it is. Service is pretty poor and very unfriendly. You can feel and see that they are being discusted and annoyed by the visitors for whatever reason. As we found a piece of metal! in our food, service did not offer something in return... At least the word "sorry" was mentioned. The location is at the right spot, but they should rather focus on just serving beer and sausages instead of greek food.

They should not call themselves a Greek restaurant. We asked for gyros and it was not possible. We left. When we were heading out server told my wife. “Next time check the menu before ordering water”. There’s no next time.
